Lead and contribute to transformative projects and change initiatives within the Performance and Reward sphere. Interpret, synthesise and build upon data analysis, financial models and reporting to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making year-round. Manage industry remuneration surveys, ensuring accurate benchmarking and robust market analysis. Serve as the custodian of PwC’s pay framework and structure, maintaining its integrity and alignment with organisational values.
